Selects the maximum header size that may be compressed for header compression.
Guidelines are in accordance
with document RFC2507 created and maintained by the IETF (Internet Engineering
Task Force). The RFC2507 document describes standards for IP (Internet
Protocol) Header Compression Algorithms. This selection applies for all
Data Profiles.
